Pilot Student Placement Program - Cert IV in Mental Health Peer Work Application Form


Introduction

Placement opportunities for Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work students are now available throughout Victoria, enabling more people to graduate and start their career in the lived and living experience workforce. 

Students can apply for placements through this application form with the support of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) they are studying with. Pilot Student Placement Program organisations include Wellways, Neami National, Orygen, Eastern Health and Uniting Victoria Tasmania.

By submitting this application, you consent to your information being shared with Pilot Placement Provider Organisations and relevant program partners, including the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing (VCCMHW), Department of Health (DoH), SHARC (program evaluator), and other stakeholders involved in the delivery and evaluation of the program, for placement allocation, program administration, and evaluation purposes.
